Worst customer service experience

I have been having the worst customer service experience. I moved in to my new unit on Sunday morning but this unit doesn't have electricity. I can't even do anything in the dark it's a struggle to wake up without electricity. I have already paid R6599 and I signed my lease otherwise I'd be leaving this is the worst customer service experience.

User's recommendation: Would not recommend this place.

Unhappy about maintenance at Terenure Estate

This company has so much poor maintenance to its tenants,no wonder why so many people are moving out every month.the estate agent makes false claims when you are moving in which they dont accomplish and when following up they are always busy and very unhelpful.the maintenance manager is rude to customers and doesnt want to sort out maintenance queries.

User's recommendation: Not a good place to stay.no value for money.

Poor Agent regarding building occupation

Actually you guys deserve a zero star not a 1 star, especially a lady called Fally shes an IHS Agent for Trandwinds building in Randburg, the worse service we have ever received in our entire history regarding leasing/rentals. when you viewing and sending money shes very quick but come occupation day she gives you excuses, that building is ran like a ****a shop. I blame IHS for poorly hiring incompetent people with zero training for customer management. We are now waiting to occupy the place shes quite and we are being evicted where we stay since we terminated our lease and stupid Fally is no where to be found as we have to move in.
